              My salesman Steve has been sopatient with meafter coming infor close toa year now narrowing down the exact sofa Iwanted and Ifinally purchased itMonday! Heis full ofknowledge, soft spoken and knows the furniture business! The process will belong towait for mypurchase (due tothe pandemic) but nofault ofGavigans, they have awonderful selection offurniture with many variations inprice point and selection, shop there because you won't bedisappointed!

                  I ordered furniture inthe beginning of2021and was told itwould be24weeks that time passes soI call the salesman and left amessage for him tocallus. When hecalled usback hesaid Ileft you amessage saying itwas going tobe another 20weeks Itold him you never called meand left amessage. Icalled the corporate office and that was ahuge mistake because they sided with him and said hedocumentedit. Sowe get acall saying hey your furniture isin after the new year sothey came todeliver itand guess what they were missing arecliner wecalled the store and spoke tothe store manager and said hewould get back tous but toaccept the furniture theyhad. Ithink itwas afew days later they told usit was NEVER ORDERED and said they would put arush onit here itis February 7th still noword onwhen weare gettingit. Contacted the BBB and wewere asking for some money back for having towait almost ayear toget all ofour furniture. They told the BBB that they told usthey have noproblem canceling the order and give usour money back and that people make mistakes soit iswhat itis.I will never spend any ofmy money here orwill Itell anyone togo with this company– show

                    We recently went there and the customer service was horrible. They were sorude, unprofessional and looked annoyed when weasked questions. Especially, the Frederick manager Jason Toms, Idon’t even know how hegot thejob! Hewas soegotistical and ignorant. While wewere asking questions, heleft and got onthe call around the stores. Ido NOT recommend going tothe frederick store.

                      It was avery easy purchase. Weindicated what wewere looking for and the salesperson, Matt, pointed usin the right direction and told ushe was available ifneedbe. Wehad several questions onthe configurations and hewas always there toassist. The purchase was made easier bythe options available. Thanks for agreat experience, Glad toknow most ofthe Wolf staff isstill with them.

                        Bought acouch and two recliners from them told inMarch originally told 12—16weeks it’s now been 9Months still nothing even the manager lies toyou and says it’s being shipped inthe next day ortwo. I’ve been told that story for two months. This place isa bad joke. STAY AWAY!!!!

                          I bought furniture from gavigans furniture inMay of2021. Iwas told the furniture would bedelivered within 24weeks and that the sales person would contact mewith updates. Noone has called meto provide mewith status onmy furniture. Ifi want status ihave tocall them myself. Last time Icalled them, customer service told methe furniture has been put ondelay and now we’re looking atmid December. They should bereaching out tome onany status orupdates. Iwill not begoing back togavigans topurchase any furniture inthe future due topoor customer service.– show

                              I chose aspecific piece offurniture and was quoted a“sale” price. Icalled adifferent store and placed the order with them. Their price was $600lower. Buyer beware.

                                This isby far the worse place tobe met with such acustomer service. Iordered aliving room set inMarch, 2021and still haven't arrivedyet, let alone being made bythe manufacturer. Ifyou're worried enough tofollow-up onthe status onyour order, they draw acomparison that Lazy Boy orders even take longer than that. They don't seem tohave the sense ofurgency tofollow upeven ifyou are told that someone will callyou.

                                  We had agreat experience working with Steve topurchase adining table set and living roomset. Hewas helpful without being pushy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not tomention that Gavigan's had agreat selection offurniture options. Wewere far more satisfied here than with other furniture stores. We'll begoing back tooutfit other rooms inour home.

                                    BUYER BEWARE! Everyone isnice and helpful until something goes wrong. Inever received acall from the manager Jason and was told repeatedly that hewas not inthe store. You are better off going anywhere else.

                                      Steve Ellis atGavigan's was amazing towork with! Werecently moved and had very minimal furniture, welooked atevery furniture store inFrederick and per the current state ofthe world everything was out ofstock with anorder date of12—22weeks. Wedid not want towait that long inorder toget dresser and get our clothes out ofboxes. Steve showed usevery piece offurniture that wecould get delivered ASAP. Hedouble checked what pieces were available intheir warehouse and worked with usfor over 2hours toensure wehad everything weneeded. Scheduling the delivery ofour order was easy and weare very happy with our experience.– show
