I had an exceptionally great experience with Amberlyn my first visit. My hair was a disaster as an outdoorsy mom of two young ones. I hadn't had a haircut in over a year and my postpartum hair patterns made me a particularly difficult client. Amberlyn was very professional and welcoming. She listened to my thoughts and needs and did an outstanding job at blending those into a style based on her own intuition/experience. My hair couldn't look or feel better and I'm so impressed. You can feel (and see!) the care she puts into her craft. I can't imagine you'd find a better haircut for the value. Thank you!

I had really bad haircuts after moving here from CO until I went to Whitney at The Cutting Edge. Finally, I had a great cut and color. During COVID, I cut and colored my own hair; then 10 days ago went to a lovely salon in Springfield. The color was fine but the cut was awful. It was just as bushy as before I had it cut, just a bit more even at the ends. It didn't look remotely like the picture I showed the stylist. I couldn't wait to return to Whitney, which I did a week later. She fixed the bad cut and my hair is great again. I made appointments with Whitney for the next 4 months. I was new in town, so I was so grateful that they took new clients. Katie did an amazing job covering my (Covid ;)) gray hair that needed desperate help. She left may hair looking so healthy and shiny. Thanks Katie!! Oh and she also gave me a contact to do my lashes. I'll definitely be back!! (oh, and great pricing too!!)
