Princess Should have simply communicated

Sailed on this ship with my extended family. In our group we had a child, a teen, some twenty-somethings, middle aged folks and 2 octogenarians. Dreadful layout have to walk down cabin corridors to access areas of the ship. The eatery decor is like a motorway canteen no coffee machine just plastic jugs with hot water to make a drink. No one checks hand sanitiser is being used or if hands are being washed before entering the Sabatini's. The Dome and Atrium not big enough. Reserve dining is superb always hot great staff . Great Cruise, but.... Ship had about 1,000 more passengers than it could handle. Very limited entertainment options, but had a fantastic band, Excite, that played several times each day. Food was fantastic and served hot, but cold by the time you could find a table in the eatery. Most surprised that they offer no pool side drink service. Please see my other review of the Sun Princes on my May 11th sailing. I am only writing this follow up to include second set of ports I visited on my two week cruise. Overall I loved Sun Princess service, cabin, dining, embarkation/disembarkation. Do not spend the money on this ship. How terrible from before the cruise started. You can buy your medallion ahead and actually have to pay 25 to ship it so you can go to the fast line. We ordered a mans black and a ladies pink. It came backwards , our friends paid got the band with no medallion in it. This is one persons job that should be fired.
